Prof. Lincove speaks about school choice at nat'l conference

Discusses impt. of neighborhoods in systems of school choice

On Thursday, Public Policy Professor Jane Lincove spoke on a panel at the Promise Neighborhoods National Network Conference in Arlington, VA. This conference, hosted by the Institute of Education Science at the US Department of Education, focused on the role strong schools play in neighborhood success. Prof. Lincove discussed the continued importance of neighborhoods in systems of school choice.

Prof. Lincove is a coprincipal investigator with the National Center for Research on Education Access and Choice (REACH) at Tulane University, which is also funded by the Institute of Education Sciences.
