Online Symposium on Translation as a
Site of Global Engagement -- Oct. 11
Dr. Emek Ergun (LLC Ph.D. '15), Associate Professor, Women's and Gender Studies & Global Studies at UNC Charlotte, is co-organizing an online symposium on October 11, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The event is called "Interdisciplinary Symposium on Translation as a Site of Global Engagement." Translators and scholars from around the world will come together to share their thoughts on the translator's role as activist and advocate.
