Dr. Ciara Christian named Associate Director of
UMBC's Initiatives for Identity, Inclusion, and Belonging
Congratulations to our very own Dr. Ciara Christian, LLC PhD 2022, on being
named the Associate Director of UMBC's Initiatives for Identity,
Inclusion, and Belonging (i3b).
Dr. Christian will assume broad co-leadership of i3b and will lead dialogue, facilitation, and training portfolio, serve on a staff development committee, coordinate campus-wide training, support the expansion of identity-based dialogue, and serve as the primary liaison to campus partners for first-year and transfer students, identity-based connection groups, and graduate and international students.
