Ibrahim Er Successfully Defends his Dissertation

On July 7, 2020 Ibrahim Er of LLC Cohort 16 successfully defended his dissertation and earned the title of Doctor of Philosophy.

His virtual defense went very smoothly and he gave an excellent presentation of his dissertation research, "A Critical Approach to Cultural Adaptations: A Case Study on the Localization of Norms of Authority and Gender Politics in TV Series Adaptations in Turkey."
