Host - Delegate Charles Sydnor III '00, Policy Sciences: Charles is a graduate of the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, Johns Hopkins University, UMBC and the University of Maryland School of Law. Charles also is an attorney licensed to practice in Maryland, the District of Columbia and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Charles is the recipient of the 2012 Daily Record Leader in Law.
