Scott Morgan, President of The Morgan Group of Washington, DC, provides media training and public speaking tips to a variety of organizations, and universities. Morgan is a Senior Associate of the Abshire Inamori Leadership Academy, at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in DC.

Scott Morgan has been teaching communication skills since 1994. His clients have included the National Institutes of Health, Mount Sinai Hospital, the Mayo Clinic, Merck, Celgene, the Environmental Protection Agency, City of Hope Cancer Center, and Harvard Medical school, as well as several universities including Cornell, Duke, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Texas A&M, and Universities of Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, and North Carolina. He has 30 years of broadcast experience and has taught media and communication strategy at several think tanks in the Washington area, including the Brookings Institution, the Center for a New American Security, the U.S. Institute of Peace, and the World Resources Institute. Morgan graduated with honors from the University of California at Davis and is the coauthor of Speaking about Science: A Manual for Creating Clear Presentations (Cambridge University Press, 2006).
