Day Trip to Washington D.C. with Ancient Studies!
Sunday, April 2nd, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Join ANCS faculty and students as we tour Smithsonian Museums and view ancient symbols in modern expression. Tour the National Museum of American History, listen to a faculty lecture, and, depending on the weather, visit the Lincoln Memorial or another museum, such as the National Gallery of Art. We also hope to behold cherry blossoms in full bloom!
The group plans to leave UMBC at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 2nd and leave D.C. around 4:00 p.m. to return to campus. For more information, please contact Prof. Erika Bucciantini (ebuccia1@umbc.edu).
