Public Policy Professor John Rennie Short and M.P.P. student Abbey Farmer have published a new article in the journal Earth.
In the article, they examine the disjunction between the rapid pace of climate change affecting cities, and the slower pace of cities implementing strategies to mitigate and adapt to climate change.
